ON/OFF and SE

Method of use:

For the operation of the under pressure monitoring device, there are besides of the automatic regulation also the choice between the ON / OFF - switching and the step switching.

	ON / OFF - switch: The operation of the under pressure device happens via an ON / OFF - switch. The device runs constantly with 100% output. The desired pressure is adjusted thanks to the fresh air openings.
	manual output regulation: The operation of the under pressure device happens via a manual output regulation. The wished under pressure is adjusted with the fresh air openings and the manual output regulation which regulate the output of the device.

Important:

In case of power failure, the under pressure monitoring device starts automatically after the repair.

SRE

Use:

SRE is an electronics control for extractors. The SRE control collects permanently the actual pressure in the working area via a measuring tube and regulates automatically the extractor according to the given data in order to observe constantly the requested under pressure.

manual operation (LED MANU):

In manual operation the fan output is given with the button „+“ and „-“.The display „2“ represents this value in „%“. In display „1“ the constant pressure is indicated.

automatic operation (LED AUTO):

In automatic operation the desired value in Pascal is given for the under pressure with the button „+“ and „-“. (Display „2“). Through the comparison between the registered desired value and the constantly measured actual observed value (Display „1“) the numbers of revolutions of the fan is automatically adapted, e.g. the fan runs automatically „up“ or „down“.

If the maximum fan output is reached, the light LED „Fan“ is on.

The necessity of changing the filter is indicated with the LED „Filter“.

Important:

In case of power failure, the control system memorises the latest adjusted values, starts automatically after the failure has been repaired and adjusts again the memorised data.

For the security of the adjusted values, the complete control system is closed with a key.
