Laser Particle Counter

Description:

This instrument is a hand-held, battery operated optical particle counter. It uses laser technology to measure particle concentrations (solid and liquid) in ambient air. The instrument counts particles and categorises particles into six size groups ranging from 0,3 microns to 5,0 microns. The measurement data, particle concentration per liter ambient air, is clearly displayed on the easy to read display. The data will be updated every six seconds as the instrument continuously measures the concentration of airborne particles. The instrument allows the user to set an individual particle concentration treshold for each individual size channel. An intermittent beeping sound alerts the user should the set treshold be exceeded.
Ideal for airsampling for relase measurements and for checking of filter leakages.
